Guideline for Free Paper Presentation

  1. Participants are required to present their abstract in the form of a slide presentation (PowerPoint).
  2. The presentation must use the template attached in this email
  3. The file should be named according to this format: “yourName_Abstract Code”, for example, “Daniel_A-9999”.
  4. The presentation in the form of .ppt or .pptx, with a maximum size of 30 MB, must be uploaded to the participants’ respective 48th ASMIUA accounts. Uploaded files may be revised by re-uploading a new file.
    • Sign in to free paper presentation submission using the email and password previously sent to your email
    • In the dashboard page, you can submit your file in the “Podium Presentation” section
  5. Final revisions must be uploaded before Sept 20th, 23:59 pm Medan Time (GMT +7). Strict adherence to this schedule is essential
  6. Each presenter will be given 4 minutes to present and 2 minutes for a Q&A session (6 minutes in total).
  7. The presentation and Q&A session is conducted in English
  8. Participants should bring a back-up file in the form of flash drives during the presentation
  9. Failure to comply with the rules will result in disqualification. No exceptions will be granted

  1. Please create the e-poster in portrait orientation, with sizing according to the graphic below (1080x1920), maximum resolution 300 dpi.
  2. The file should be named according to this format: “yourName_Abstract Code”, for example, “Daniel_A-9999”.
  3. Add the logo of 48th ASMIUA and the logo of InaUA at the top right or top left of the poster (figures attached in the email). Font size guideline:
    • Presentation title 24
    • Rest of presentation 16
    Otherwise, there is no specific format for the poster content or design
  4. E-poster in the form .jpg, .jpeg, or .png with a maximum size 8 MB, must be uploaded to the participants’ respective 48th ASMIUA accounts. Uploaded files may be revised by re-uploading a new file.
